Joseph Kuzma

Joseph Kuzma is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in healthcare administration and laboratory management. Currently serving as the Director of Laboratory Services, Department of Paediatric Laboratory Medicine (DPLM), Kuzma, oversees laboratory operations and contributes to strategic planning of the department.

Kuzma joined SickKids in 2016, as Senior Manager, DPLM where he managed various laboratory divisions and played a key role in financial management. Throughout his career, Kuzma has demonstrated a keen understanding of laboratory compliance with regulatory agencies and has implemented cost-saving measures and process improvements. Kuzma’s commitment to excellence in health-care administration and laboratory management is evident through his extensive professional experience and his dedication to ensuring compliance with regulatory and governing agencies.
