Method and equipment
The assay is intended for the measurement of soluble interleukin-2 receptor alpha and is conducted on the ProteinSimple Ella automated fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.

- Store and transport frozen.
- Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Special requirements
- Centrifuge EDTA for 15 minutes at 1000 RCF within 15 minutes of collection
- Immediately separate and freeze.
