Closing the chapter on caring for critically ill adults at SickKids

Summary:

Over the last few months, SickKids staff have come together to achieve something we’ve never done before – supporting our health-care system by taking in adults.

Over the last few months, SickKids staff have come together to achieve something we’ve never done before – supporting our health-care system by taking in adults. A huge thank you to staff across SickKids, who stepped up to help our adult hospital colleagues and care for those who needed it most. Now, we are able to close this chapter, but your dedication and support for our community will never be forgotten.

Thank you to Mount Sinai Hospital, part of Sinai Health and University Health Network’s Toronto General Hospital for sharing their expertise and collaborating with us to provide high-quality care for adult patients. A special shout-out also goes to William Osler Health System for providing valuable education sessions.
